The TrolMaster DST-1 Temperature Device Station is a 120V control module designed to operate compatible heating and cooling equipment through a TrolMaster environmental controller.
It is ideal for common 120V climate-control equipment such as exhaust fans, space heaters and window air conditioners. TrolMaster specifically identifies the DST-1 as the 120V temperature-control module, while the DST-2 is intended for 240V applications.
Once connected to a compatible TrolMaster controller, the DST-1 automatically turns the connected equipment ON or OFF according to the programmed temperature settings.
The module can control loads up to 10 amps and connects to the controller through RJ12 communication cabling.
An integrated LED provides quick operating-status information. Slow green blinking indicates the module is connected but OFF, solid green indicates the output is ON, and a blinking red LED indicates an overload condition.
The DST-1 also includes a manual override function. Pressing and holding the button allows the connected equipment to be manually switched ON or OFF when required.
For applications requiring two control conditions, the DST-1 can also be paired with the TrolMaster DCC-1 Dual Condition Adapter.
Important: For 240V temperature-control equipment, use the TrolMaster DST-2.
